We’re constantly alerting our management to water leaks within the park that they just don’t seem to come out and fix. They’re not maintaining the grounds. They’re not removing snow. And there’s a number of poor poor trailers in here that they’re not coming in and taking out…

In the last few weeks, he [the owner] started off with one letter giving us 4 days to move… They’ve even go to the extent of shutting our water off.
